Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an exciting contract opportunity supporting students across multiple sites near Uniontown, AL. This position is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) or a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) passionate about providing transformative direct services in school settings.

Begin making a difference on August 3, 2026, with the assignment continuing through May 21, 2027. You’ll work 35 hours per week, focusing on a diverse caseload of 57 students encompassing all ages and abilities. With six different school sites to visit in the Greensboro area, your days will be dynamic and engaging.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current state licensure as a SLP-CCC or SLPA (required)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Ability to deliver engaging, effective direct therapy to students with varying needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, educators, and families
• Familiarity with multi-site workload management
• Independent, flexible, and reliable work style

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across all assigned sites
• Collaborate with educational staff to support students’ progress
• Document session notes and monitor student outcomes
• Adapt therapy plans to support each student’s unique learning goals
• Travel between multiple locations as needed within the Greensboro area
• Paperwork and IEP responsibilities may be limited or supported by another team member—focus remains on therapeutic direct services
