Restoration Coordinator

job summary:
We are seeking a Restoration Coordinator to support property restoration efforts for utility-related projects in the Jackson, MI area. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and municipalities to ensure timely and high-quality restoration of damaged properties. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination, customer service, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.

responsibilities:

• Schedule, assign, and manage restoration work orders to contractors while ensuring on-time completion.

• Meet with customers, municipalities, and vendors on-site to plan and coordinate restoration projects.

• Investigate property damage claims and negotiate resolutions or settlements with customers.

• Secure permits and notify local municipalities of restoration activities and project completion.

• Track contractor performance, manage invoices, and resolve discrepancies in billing and scope.
