The opportunities are endless.**Job Summary:** MD Landscaping is looking for hard-working individuals to join our team as Landscape Maintenance Crew Members. This position offers you the chance to apply your horticultural expertise to high-end residential and commercial landscapes, ensuring every lawn is lush and every garden bed is thriving. You will be a key player in our seasonal pruning projects, utilizing your eye for detail to shape and enhance the structural beauty of trees and shrubs.**Responsibilities and Duties*** Conduct general maintenance duties such as mowing lawns, edging, and trimming.* Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants and shrubs.* Remove weeds and dead plants as needed to preserve the health and natural beauty of the plants* Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves to ensure an appealing look to the area* Operating various landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tillers.**Job Requirements*** At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper or similar role.* Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers.* Landscaping is a physically demanding job - expect to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.* Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).* High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several projects at a time.**The Perks*** 401(k) plan with company match* Medical insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* FSA/HSA* PerkSpot* Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance* Paid time Off* Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service)Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
