Behavioral Health Clinician

Locations: Brownsville, El Paso, Energy Corridor, Fort Worth, Keller, Kingwood, McAllen, Mansfield, Pearland, Round Rock, Stafford and Tyler, Texas. Nationwide Opportunities: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.

Compensation:

• Strong base salary + monthly performance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000
• Relocation assistance available (up to $20K- location dependent)

Qualifications:

• Required: BCBA or BCaBA certification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program
• Master's degree (or higher) in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
• Active certification and licensure (where required)

What You'll Do:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision of ABA services
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and state regulatory standards
