Always Best Care Senior Services - Corporate is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Roseville, California on a part-time, hourly basis. As a CNA, you will provide direct care and support to our senior clients in their homes, assisting them with daily living activities and promoting their overall well-being. The compensation for this position is $20.50 per hour. Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and assistance to senior clients in their homes, following their individual care plans and ensuring their safety and comfort
• Help with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Administer medications and assist with medical equipment as needed
• Monitor and report on clients' physical and mental status
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients by engaging in meaningful conversation and activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care services provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Valid CNA certification and active on the state registry
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a CNA in a healthcare or senior care setting
• Ability to lift and transfer clients, as well as stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Must have a reliable means of transportation and a valid driver's license
