Project Manager - Heavy Civil

Summary:
Railroad Construction Company, Inc., a 100% employee-owned (ESOP) company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy civil and bridge construction projects in the New London, CT area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing infrastructure contractor and play a key role in the rehabilitation of one of Connecticut's most significant transportation assets. Candidates should have a strong background managing public works and heavy civil construction projects from planning through closeout.
Requirements:
• 5-10+ years of Project Management experience in heavy civil construction
• Prior experience managing public works projects (CTDOT, bridge, transportation, or similar infrastructure projects)
• Strong knowledge of heavy civil means and methods, crew composition, production rates, and cost controls
• Experience with structural steel, concrete, roadway, or bridge construction preferred
• Primavera P6 experience preferred
