You are the bridge between the guest and their future vehicle that suits their driving needs and preferences. You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with the dealership's vehicles and their capabilities. We will teach you the road to the sale, delivery, negotiation and overall, give you the training to be successful so no experience is needed.Duties and Responsibilities Include:Greeting guests arriving at the dealershipHaving knowledge of the dealership's vehicles and explaining their features and warranties to customersAnswer guest questions about cars, financing and purchase processAccompany guests on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practicesNegotiate vehicle prices and trade-in values for guest's vehicleCoordinate with the finance department to determine each guest’s financing and ownership optionsContact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehiclesRequired Skills and Abilities:Interpersonal and communication skillsCustomer service skillsAbility to read and comprehend instructionsEducation and Experience Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentState driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving recordMust meet other company requirements for employment such as background check and drug testNo experience is necessary.
