Front Counter Associate
FMK is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Front Counter Associate. We would love to welcome potential candidates who are passionate about providing great service and creating memorable guest experiences.
The guest experience starts at the counter!
We hold our Front Counter Associates to high standards, expecting each member to embody our commitment to delivering genuine hospitality to everyone we serve. From welcoming guests and taking orders to ensuring each transaction is accurate and each guest leaves satisfied, everything we do is focused on providing the best experience for our guests.
Front Counter Associate responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and creating a positive first impression
- Engaging with guests and making them feel valued and comfortable
- Accurately taking guest orders and answering questions about menu items
- Operating the point-of-sale system and processing cash, credit, and other payments accurately
- Ensuring orders are prepared and presented accurately
- Communicating effectively with kitchen and team members to provide a seamless guest experience
- Offering assistance or recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Anticipating guests' needs and proactively addressing questions or concerns
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front counter and guest area
- Working efficiently and maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Thanking guests for choosing FMK and inviting them to return
