Operations Specialist

This includes overseeing maintenance schedules, managing resources such as equipment and personnel, and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. You will also be responsible for handling inventory control, which involves tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and managing warehouse operations. Additionally, you will maintain compliance with safety regulations, ensuring that all employees follow proper safety protocols and that the facility meets all legal requirements. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement. You will work with a team of operations professionals in a modern office environment in Oklahoma City, OK. The workplace is equipped with the necessary tools and technology to support your role. The salary range for this position is between $38,000 and $54,916 per year, providing a competitive base pay that can be further enhanced through performance-based bonuses.
