The Associate Sales Manager will play a significant role in the strategic planning and expansion of the sales force in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Territory Sales Manager in every day operations
• Teach, train, and develop Sales Reps
• Help develop and implement plans that grow lead generation volume and positive outcomes.
• Help create or refine systems to support objectives.
• Identify strategies to guide new rep success.
• Develop and implement a manpower growth plan that supports team goals.
• Manage team to KPIs and objectives.
• Create a culture of winning, teamwork, and positivity.
• Work in collaboration across the organization.
• Local travel as necessary.
• Must have a clean driving record
• In field Position

Work Experience:

• 2+ years of sales closing experience.
• Leadership experience with a passion for coaching training and motivating others.
• Strong understanding of in-person scheduling techniques.
• A professional presence.
• Experience creating systems that drive new agent development.
• Experience growing and scaling teams.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000 per year plus bonus- Opportunity to make well over $200K
