Onsite Recruiter: Build Talent Pipelines & Community Outreach

TrueBlue, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to handle all recruiting activities at a facility in Jackson, TN. You will place advertisements, source candidates, interview, and drive the hiring process from offer to onboarding, building a local candidate pipeline. Work is performed on-site Monday through Friday. You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage ad campaigns, and participate in job fairs and community events to ensure staffing needs are met. #J-18808-Ljbffr
