Title: Digital Content Management Consultant Location: Los Angeles, CA (4-days onsite, 1-day remote Hybrid Schedule) Note: This is a W2 contract role - 1099, C2C, & 3rd party candidates will NOT be considered Position Duties Execute end-to-end marketing activations across West Coast Private Bank markets - events, Private Bank Office openings, micro-events, brand activations, and local campaigns Manage logistics, timelines and internal coordination to ensure flawless delivery of multiple programs simultaneously Serve as the marketing point of contact for Private Bank relationship managers and regional leadership across California Coordinate across internal teams - brand, content, media, events, sponsorships, environmental design - to pull through enterprise resources at the local level Own campaign intake, COE ticket submissions, and capacity negotiation to keep projects moving through the system Track performance, flag issues early, and keep stakeholders informed - no surprises Position Qualifications 5+ years in field marketing - ideally in financial services; private banking experience preferred Exceptional project management instincts to juggle multiple workstreams without dropping anything Strong PowerPoint and storytelling skills to build a clean deck and present it with confidence Comfortability with ambiguity and a bias toward action - you don't wait for permission to solve problems A collaborative, no-ego approach, with the ability to work across teams and build trust fast A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or other related field #J-18808-Ljbffr A-Line Staffing Solutions
