Job Description Here at The Wingerd Insurance Agency we are seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales Rep to join our team. Leads Provided. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed. No matter your sales experience, we’ll invest in your success. Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources. Meet new business production/sales goals and objectives as established. Develop ongoing networking relationships. Prospect and generate new business through referral sources. Be outstanding at relationship building. Requirements Am I a good fit for this position? If you are teachable, have a go-getter attitude and want to control your income, then this position you should apply for. Is this commission only? No – We provide an insurance industry competitive base salary with uncapped commission and additional bonus opportunities. Will I have to purchase my own leads? No! We have no shortage of leads that are provided for our salespeople. Should I apply if I don’t currently have an insurance license? Yes, you should still apply as we will help assist you with the licensing process. We do require an active P&C and L&H license for this position.
