Schaumburg, IL | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission & Bonus

OTE: $65,000–$75,000 First Year | $85,000–$100,000+ Second Year

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Recruiting Consultant who enjoys building relationships, developing business, and making things happen. This is a blended sales and recruiting role where you will have the opportunity to develop new client relationships, grow existing accounts, and connect great people with great companies across a wide range of corporate functions and experience levels.

Sales is a key part of this position. You'll identify prospective clients, initiate conversations with decision-makers, uncover business needs, and demonstrate how our recruiting services can help solve their hiring challenges. You'll work on searches ranging from entry-level positions to senior leadership and C-suite roles, giving you the opportunity to build relationships at all levels of an organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop New Business: Proactively identify and pursue prospective clients through cold calling, warm, and hot leads, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other business development strategies.
• Build Client Relationships: Connect with business leaders and hiring decision-makers, uncover their staffing challenges, and position our services as a solution to their hiring needs.
• Grow Existing Accounts: Strengthen client partnerships, identify additional opportunities, and expand relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Sell Recruiting Solutions: Lead client conversations, present our services, discuss fees and terms, negotiate agreements, and turn opportunities into lasting business partnerships.
• Manage the Recruiting Process: Source, recruit, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify the right talent for client openings.
• Consult with Clients: Lead intake meetings, understand position requirements and company culture, and provide thoughtful recommendations throughout the hiring process.
• Drive Placements: Present qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, manage client and candidate communication, negotiate offers, and facilitate successful placements.
• Own Your Desk: Manage multiple client accounts and job openings, prioritize daily activities, maintain accurate ATS/CRM records, and work toward established sales and recruiting goals.
