Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

Expanding practice seeks a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to work in Tampa, Florida! Join a mission-driven community health center's Pediatrics team in a collaborative, patient-centered medical home model.

Job/Practice Description: Pediatric APRN

Full-time, MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays
Direct pediatric patient care: health promotion, illness prevention, evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, follow-up, patient education
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team
Participate in daily care team huddles and quality improvement initiatives
May float between TFHC locations as needed

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited APRN program
Current national board certification as a Pediatric NP (CPNP-PC, PPCNP-BC, or equivalent)
Valid, unencumbered Florida APRN license
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of pediatric clinical experience required; primary care experience preferred
