What you'll earn $23/hr base + uncapped tiered commission: 9% on $30–40K monthly premium, 10% above $40K Realistic earnings: ~$83K at $30K/mo in premium, ~$101K+ at $40K/mo in premium 50% commission on every life policy Renewal commissions in year one Bonuses for cross-sell and bundling No cap — the better you sell, the more you make.
