Systems Engineer

Responsibilities This role is a Systems Engineer II – Microsoft at a client in Miramar, FL. The primary duties include planning, designing, configuring, and maintaining the client’s enterprise Microsoft infrastructure. Responsibilities encompass administration and optimization of On‑Premises Active Directory, focusing on replication, sites, and services for performance and security, managing Azure Sync and Microsoft Entra identity management solutions with SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and Just‑In‑Time provisioning, supporting Office365, Exchange, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, and overseeing ProofPoint email security solutions. The Systems Engineer will act as a technical subject‑matter expert, participating in configuration consultation, vendor evaluation, and problem resolution across multiple Microsoft systems. The Engineer should research, design, implement, and troubleshoot Microsoft information systems and cloud technologies to support business needs, managing and prioritizing projects with limited supervision, and delivering complex, multi‑system solutions to meet organizational requirements. Requirements Strong knowledge of On‑Premises Active Directory, Hybrid Environments, Azure Sync, Microsoft Entra, Office365, Exchange, and Proofpoint. Proficiency with Single Sign‑On technologies, including SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and JIT provisioning. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation. Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Preferred: Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or other relevant certifications. Other Qualifications Demonstrated capability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
