TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create women's and men's collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories, and jewelry.

The Role

TOTEME is looking for a full time Private Client Advisor to join our team at our store in Pacific Palisades, Los Angeles. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador and combine an active role in the store's daily sales and operations with a dedicated focus on developing relationships with our most valued clients. Through exceptional service, personalized clienteling and elevated experiences, you will drive sales, retention, reactivation and long-term client growth. You will report to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong client relationships, with particular ownership of VICs and top-tier clients, to drive loyalty, retention and long-term growth.
• Deliver exceptional service across the store and create personalized experiences for Private Clients, including appointments, previews, gifting and concierge services.
• Develop the store's Personal Shopper and Stylist network, building new relationships and growing this client segment.
• Initiate and coordinate clienteling activities, including appointments, trunk shows and events for VICs, Private Clients and Personal Shoppers.
• Use client data and insights to identify opportunities for retention, reactivation and growth, while maintaining accurate client profiles and activity in Tulip.
• Monitor clienteling performance and contribute to the development of the store's VIC and Private Client pipeline.
• Support daily store operations and achieve individual and store sales targets, including contributing to merchandising and styling.
• Lead by example in clienteling and support the wider store team in strengthening client relationships and clienteling practices.
• Uphold and work towards TOTEME's company standards, objectives and performance goals.
• Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within high-end retail or with a strong lifestyle brand.
• Proven experience building and managing a portfolio of high-value clients and driving business through clienteling.
• Experience working with CRM and clienteling tools; knowledge of Tulip and Ometria is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards, client development and relationship management.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

This is a full time position based at TOTEME's Pacific Palisades store, starting as soon as possible. The salary for this role ranges between $30-33 per hour before tax and will be set according to the applicant's profile, skills and previous experience.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
