As a Retail Production Associate, you’ll play a critical role in processing and preparing non-clothing donations for the sales floor - helping turn everyday items into valuable resources that fund our programs. What You’ll Do Sort non-clothing ('hardlines') donations into sellable, salvage, or trash categories following Goodwill standards Assess quality and identify items of value for pricing Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality expectations Prepare donations for the sales floor Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and production areas Dispose of unsellable items using proper procedures (compactor/dumpster) Support donation door operations and assist with donation movement as needed Who You Are Detail-oriented and efficient, with a strong work ethic A team player who is ready to jump in and get the job done Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment What You Bring Ability to assess item quality and make sound decisionsReliable, punctual, and ready to contribute every day Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently Grow Your Career at Goodwill We’re committed to promoting from within and helping our employees grow.
