Strategic HR Partner for Multi-Unit Operations

Flynn Fitness

Flynn Fitness is seeking an HR Business Partner for Modesto, CA. This role provides HR leadership for a geographic market, partnering with market leadership to align HR and operations and serving as an operations liaison with the Flynn Support Center. You will build partnerships with the Director of Operations, manage staffing, training, employee relations, and compliance across the market, while supporting recruitment and onboarding for new management.
