Career Systems Development Corporation seeks an Admissions Counselor to recruit and enroll eligible young adults into Job Corps programs. In this role, you will conduct outreach, presentations, and interviews; assess applicants’ eligibility and readiness; and guide them through the application and enrollment process. You will collaborate with center staff and community partners, maintain accurate records, and meet enrollment goals. CSD offers a mission-driven, student-centered environment where you support trainees’ educational and career pathways while working closely with a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive team.
