Entry Level Sales Assistant/Delivery Coordinator Opportunity Albany CDJR of Albany is looking for a team-oriented Sales Assistant/Delivery Coordinator to manage vehicle deliveries following our values. This is a position where you are cross trained in all aspects of our business. With over 300 locations in the USA alone, we're sure to have a job for you. Come join a Fortune 200 team and see where the road leads you! You will coordinate with the Sales Department to manage the delivery of vehicles sold each day. You will gain familiarity with all processes and paperwork necessary to complete a vehicle sales transaction. You will report to the General Sales Manager. This is an on-site position located in Albany, NY What you’ll do: You will explain delivery paperwork to customers Answer all questions, including the availability, cost, and benefit of aftermarket products. You will introduce customers to the services provided by our Service Department Review operational features of the vehicle that is being delivered You will contribute to a positive and encouraging atmosphere Deliver/pick-up vehicles for customers and other dealerships Prep and park vehicles Readiness to help assist customers and fellow associates in the delivery of our products and services. Other tasks as assigned What you’ll bring: Build customer and co-worker relationships You can overcome objections You can set and meet goals Excellent customer service skills You will manage your time You are willing to work nights and weekends Experience preferred but will train you Est. Hourly Compensation: $16.00-$20.00 Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience.
