Colleague Health Manager

As a Colleague Health Manager at Hartford Healthcare, you will lead programs that promote the health, safety, and well-being of our employees across the system. You will manage occupational health services, oversee regulatory compliance, coordinate immunizations, screenings, and return-to-work evaluations, and partner with leaders to reduce workplace injuries and exposures. Using data-driven approaches, you will design and implement wellness initiatives, guide a team of clinicians, and collaborate across departments to support a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
