Compassus seeks a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Cedar Rapids, IA. You will coordinate home-based hospice care, support patients and families, and work with the care team to deliver compassionate services. Ideal candidates will hold an Iowa RN license, have hospice experience, and possess CPR/BCLS certification along with a valid driver’s license.
