Senior Developer Relations

As the Senior Developer Relations for Canton, the full-time remote position will manage developer adoption of OpenZeppelin's open-source stack, focusing on creating technical content, engaging with the community, and executing ecosystem co-marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end developer adoption for OpenZeppelin's Canton stack, ensuring successful Contracts Library integrations and Reference Implementation deployments Create technical content such as tutorials and guides for each milestone release while maintaining Canton documentation Run community sessions and provide hands-on coaching at hackathons, conferences, and incubators, along with tracking adoption signals Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or a similar role with a focus on developer adoption outcomes 1-3+ years of experience in the blockchain industry with a strong technical background Proven ability to produce engaging technical content and set content and adoption strategies Fluency in Solidity/EVM, with the ability to translate EVM patterns into Canton's Daml-based model Experience delivering technical workshops and presentations at community events
