ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2012 and has grown into a team of five who enjoy working hard and celebrating success together. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a bank manager but insurance was always familiar to me growing up, as my mom worked for a State Farm agent, which helped spark my interest in the industry.

Im a big Oregon Ducks fan and a season ticket holder. My kids are currently in college, and outside of work I enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors. We stay involved in the community through our church, volunteer work, and sponsoring local events like school carnivals.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Brandon Rossman - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
