Senior Manager of Transaction Advisory Services

Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Senior Manager
We are seeking a strategic and client-focused Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Senior Manager to lead large, complex engagements and drive client relationships. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple teams, providing high-level transaction insights, and contributing to the growth and development of the TAS practice. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with deep transaction experience and a strong ability to deliver value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple complex financial due diligence engagements across industries
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic insights and transaction support
- Review and finalize key deliverables, ensuring quality, accuracy, and clarity of findings
- Manage and develop Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates, fostering a high-performing team environment
- Drive client relationships, including leading meetings with executives and private equity stakeholders
- Identify and communicate key deal risks, opportunities, and strategic considerations
- Collaborate with firm leadership on practice development and growth initiatives
- Support and lead business development efforts, including sourcing opportunities, proposals, and presentations
- Contribute to thought leadership and process improvement within the TAS practice
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in transaction advisory, public accounting, or a related field
- Extensive experience leading financial due diligence engagements
- CPA designation strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
