This role upholds the highest standards of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail while consistently meeting Four Seasons standards, policies, and licensing requirements to ensure an exceptional level of service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests .Provide professional hair and nail services, including blowouts, haircuts, color services, updos, bridal and special‑event styling, manicures, and pedicures, in accordance with accepted industry practices and established protocols.Perform all treatments with skill, proficiency , and a warm, pleasant demeanor while starting appointments on time and completing services within scheduled timeframes .Deliver personalized, gracious, and professional service that is attentive and responsive to each guest’s individual preferences and needs.Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness by properly cleaning and sanitizing all salon areas in compliance with state board regulations and property guidelines.Educate guests on proper hair and nail care, recommend appropriate products , and promote retail offerings while following product usage and inventory control standards.Uphold a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment and actively promote all services, products, and programs of Four Seasons Resort Lāna‘i .And More !WHAT TO BRINGSuccessful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United StatesThe hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
