Specialty: RN OC CALL 7 ON 7 Off
EMR: HCHB Experience Required
Requirements/Experience: **Must have at least 12 months of Hospice experience within the past 3 years
Schedule: Hospice On-Call RN . 7 on and 7 off
Territory: 50 mile radius of the office 545 W. Market St., Lima, OH 45801
Length of Contract: 13 weeks
Days: 7 On and 7 Off
