Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service in accordance with established recipes and quality standards

- Assist with setting up the restaurant and employee cafeteria buffet for service

- Prepare sauces, soups, and other dishes under the direction of the Executive Chef

- Support dishwashers and pantry personnel to ensure smooth kitchen operations

- Report out-of-stock ingredients or supplies to the Executive Chef promptly

- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations

- Assist with opening and closing kitchen procedures, including inventory checks and equipment maintenance

- Ensure proper execution of dinner set-up duties and support the team during service

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced culinary environment

- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety standards

- Ability to follow recipes precisely and work efficiently under pressure

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Flexibility to work open and close shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Culinary certification or relevant training is preferred but not required

- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering excellent guest service
