Who you are:

• A high-performer with 3–5 years of management + sales experience
• A competitor who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments
• A culture-builder who inspires teams to push harder and level up
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Sports Science, or related field
• CPR/AED certified and ready to lead from the front

What you'll do:

• Own every aspect of club operations: sales, staffing, training, member experience
• Oversee and manage your team of leaders and their departments: Personal Training, Front Desk, Group Fitness, Facilities/Maintenance
• Drive membership revenue, smash KPIs, and coach your team to victory
• Build a culture that's positive, electric, and fiercely goal-driven
• Ensure your club becomes the undisputed fitness destination in your city
• Lead with confidence, clarity, and Crunch-level energy
