LPN – Nursing

Schedule: Full Time, every weekend (40 hours)

Assignment Details: Assigned to a healthcare facility providing care to residents.

Requirements

• Current NY LPN Licensure
• BLS certification
• 1 year of experience as an LPN

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care for assigned residents.
• Collect and communicate data on residents' physical and psychosocial conditions to the healthcare team.
• Contribute to the development and revision of age-appropriate resident care plans.
• Maintain current knowledge and competency in nursing practice.
• Participate in mentoring and orienting new staff members.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents during care delivery.
