ABOUT THE ROLE

As an HDD Operator at B.H. Inc., you are a critical leader on our project sites, directing quality and ensuring compliance. You will work directly with the HDD Foreman to execute large-scale utility projects (pipe sizes 6\" to 24\"). Your key impact areas: Operate Ditch Witch rigs (JT25, AT60, JT60) and guide drill bits using the Falcon F5. Perform pre-operational checks, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting. Lead utility pot-holing and manage tooling changes for various ground conditions. Maintain a proactive, positive, and professional attitude toward site safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a self-driven professional who can lead with minimal supervision. Minimum of 3 years of dedicated HDD Operator experience. Valid Class A CDL required. Expert proficiency with Falcon F5 and Ditch Witch controls. Ability to travel 90% of the time (typically 4–6 week stints). Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No sponsorship available).
