Event Lead

Our client, a global entertainment platform, is looking for a temporary Event Lead to assist their team on-site in San Antonio, TX for their beautiful art show on 5/28 - 5/30! (+5/31 contingency date)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for escalated guest concerns and operational issues.
- Conduct briefings and communicate updates from management to team.
- Monitor event flow and proactively identify issues or inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with other departments (security, tech, operations) to maintain a safe and seamless experience.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members.
- Complete incident reports and provide feedback to management.
- Develop a process for a smooth daily run of the experience as well as the continuous maintenance of the experience standards.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in live events or venue operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
- This is an on-site role. Candidates should be willing to commute to San Antonio, TX for consideration.
