We Are HiringLocation: Union Grove, WI Facility Name: Union Grove Clinic Schedule: 36 patient contact hours, 4 administrative hoursRecruitment incentive (Signing loan, student loan forgiveness, relocation): Up to $130,000$4,000 CME allowance Malpractice coverage with tailThis job location is not currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.What You Will DoThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.Join a close-knit, rural, family-focused community with a friendly practice cultureEstablished care team consisting of 1 physician and 2 APPsExpected volume of approximately 18–20 patients per day36 hours of patient contact plus 4 hours of administrative time per weekMedical Assistants at a 1:1 ratio with providersAmbient AI for documentation and chartingFlexibility for a 4 day work weekOpportunity to join a growing primary care practiceOn-site role with an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a community-focused primary care settingProvide comprehensive family medicine care to patients across the community in an outpatient primary care setting.Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients using appropriate medical knowledge, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practices.Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care to support positive patient outcomes.Promote high-quality, cost-effective care while participating in initiatives that enhance the patient experience and improve clinical outcomes.Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation in accordance with clinical and insurance requirements.Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and other members of the care team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.Support the continued growth of this primary care practice and contribute to the health and well-being of the local community.What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Advanced Life Support preferred.
