Job Title: Driver Non-CDL
Job Description
This full-time, MondayFriday role combines non-CDL box truck driving with warehouse support and customer-facing deliveries. You safely operate a box truck, complete local deliveries, handle loading and unloading of materials, assist with warehouse operations, and maintain accurate delivery paperwork while providing professional, friendly customer service.
Responsibilities

• Safely operate a non-CDL box truck to complete scheduled delivery routes.
• Load and unload materials from the truck using safe lifting and handling practices.
• Assist with general warehouse operations, including picking orders, staging products, and organizing inventory.
• Complete all delivery and warehouse paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Deliver products to customer locations and represent the company professionally in a customer-facing role.
• Follow all DOT, company, and warehouse safety procedures at all times.
• Use forklifts and other material handling equipment when trained and authorized.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet daily delivery and warehouse goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area.
• Remain flexible to cover additional delivery routes or warehouse tasks when needed.
• Work at heights up to 20 feet when required by warehouse operations.

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of delivery or commercial driving experience.
• Experience driving box trucks, with the ability to safely maneuver in various environments.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one.
• Warehouse experience, including loading, unloading, and picking orders.
• Strong customer service skills for a customer-facing delivery role.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform heavy lifting as part of daily tasks.
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to following safety procedures.
• Dependable attendance and reliability.
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Comfort working independently and taking initiative.
• Ability to follow directions and established procedures accurately.
• Comfort working at heights up to 20 feet.
• Flexibility to cover additional delivery routes when required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift experience or certification is preferred.
• Experience in general labor or distribution/warehouse settings is beneficial.
• Familiarity with DOT guidelines and safe driving practices.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
