Position: Oracle EPM Cloud Functional Consultant- Modules ( PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS)

Location: Remote (On Demand Travel Needed)

Duration: Long term contract

Experience: 12+ Years

Type: W2 or Own C2C

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud implementation, configuration, enhancements, and support. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, account reconciliation, and financial reporting, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle EPM Cloud implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support activities.
Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
Configure and support Oracle EPM Cloud applications based on business requirements.
Design and implement financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation processes.
Develop financial models, business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, reports, and workflows.
Support financial close, consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and statutory reporting.
Configure account reconciliation processes, matching rules, reconciliation formats, and approval workflows, where applicable.
Support data integration between Oracle EPM Cloud, Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and external systems.
Develop and maintain data integrations using Data Integration, Data Management, and EPM Automate.
Perform metadata management, dimension maintenance, data mapping, and data validation.
Develop and maintain calculation scripts, Groovy rules, substitution variables, and business rules as required.
Prepare functional specifications, technical design documents, configuration workbooks, and process documentation.
Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect resolution.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing application support.
Support Oracle EPM quarterly updates, release assessments, and regression testing.
Work closely with finance teams, business users, IT teams, and implementation partners to improve financial planning and reporting processes.
