WHAT YOULL DO:

Lead and inspire a team of skilled service professionals Coach mentor and when needed hold team members accountable Create outstanding client experiences from check-in to check-out Drive membership service and retail sales performance Oversee payroll scheduling inventory management and reporting Maintain strong operational standards across all spa departments Work a flexible schedule (days/evenings/weekends/holidays) Understand and promote the benefits of massage and skincare services Use strong organizational planning and computer skills to keep the spa running at peak performance
