Hiring wage: $13.00–$16.00 per hour, depending on position and experience
Tip pool: Typically adds another $5.00–$7.00 per hour
Estimated total hourly compensation: Approximately $18.00–$23.00 per hour when tips are added to the hiring wage

Actual tips based on restaurant sales, shifts worked, and hours worked.

Noodle Express is hiring Cashiers and Line Cooks for our Hayden restaurant.

We are a fast-casual Asian fusion restaurant serving fresh noodle bowls, rice bowls, appetizers, wraps, and other guest favorites. Whether you are welcoming customers at the register or keeping the cooking line moving, you will help create a fast, friendly, delicious experience.

Our shifts can get busy—and sometimes the ticket printer gets a little too enthusiastic—but our team communicates, helps each other, and keeps the noodles moving.

Depending on your position, experience, and training, responsibilities may include:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Take orders and operate the point-of-sale system
• Answer menu questions and package accurate orders
• Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and standards
• Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner shifts
• Complete food-preparation and ingredient-prep tasks
• Keep the kitchen, front counter, and dining areas clean and organized
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and managers
• Help with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties
• Jump in wherever the team needs help

• A genuine commitment to great customer service
• Dependability and a positive, team-focused attitude
• The ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy
• Clear communication with customers and coworkers
• A willingness to learn and help in different restaurant areas
• Restaurant, cashier, cooking, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful but not always required
• The ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
