Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for each patient to determine their individual therapy needs and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment programs that incorporate evidence-based practices and address specific patient conditions.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, and interns, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with facility protocols and applicable laws governing physical therapy.
• Engage with patients' families to educate them on treatment goals and home exercise programs that reinforce in-office therapy.
• Continuously assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Movement Restore Therapy, you will work with a diverse patient population recovering from various conditions including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain. Your role is vital in restoring their physical functionality and enhancing their quality of life through effective rehabilitation strategies.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• Strong clinical knowledge of human anatomy, rehabilitation techniques, and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
• A demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits
