Inventory specialist

Inventory SpecialistThe Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting packaging operations, and ensuring materials are properly tracked and replenished. This role works closely with production and packing teams to monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and uphold safety and organizational standards within the warehouse environment.Qualifications:Good analytical skills; good written, and verbal communication skillsWork with a high degree of accuracyStrong leadership abilities and work well with all associatesFamiliar with production environmentSafety and Environment Responsibility:Create and ensure a safe work environment.Where proper PPE always throughout your work shiftMake sure all tools and chemicals are properly used and stored in their perspective locationsMake sure all chemical bottles and containers are labeled correctly.Duties:Must be able to identify all parts, verify part numbers, and customers associated with each part.Complete a daily cycle count of packaging on a prioritized scheduleAccurately make inventory adjustments when neededWork with the packing associates to maintain pack organization and row integrityMonitor packaging supply and demand, use that data to place orders accordinglyRoutinely count EC1 supply inventory and create/submit orders when necessaryRoutinely count EC1 customer parts and verify inventory accuracy in CMSCreate Pos for necessary supply and packaging ordersAccurately count and report month end inventoryMust be able to work overtime as requestedPromote and implement 5S activitiesAdditional duties may be required as needed by Parker Trutec and our customers.
