The Recruiter is responsibilities for sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting applicants in order to build a pipeline for current and future positions. The Recruiter will provide ongoing training to hiring managers regarding recruitment processes within legal and company policies as well as assists in writing advertisements, analyzing reports and trends, be familiar with current and developing sourcing techniques and have the ability to articulate and understand the specific role requirements. The Recruiter must have the ability to manage multiple searches with varying priorities and be familiar with EEO, AA programs and policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Responsible for making connections and developing relationships with resort operations and sales and marketing timeshare professionals who may be a good fit for Orange Lake Resorts sales/marketing/marketing call center opportunities
• Assist in managing the strategy and execution of the online recruiting campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the online marketing and search landscape, including tool recommendations, strategies, industry news, etc. that affect recruitment
• Create a high quality internal database and build a pipeline with relevant pre-screened sales/marketing candidates and resort operations
• Identify potential candidates that can be proactively marketed to open job requisitions
• Works from requisitions, and closely with recruitment team, to ensure sufficient numbers of qualified employees are available to staff company operations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates must possess exceptional communication and phone skills, a great personality, strong organization skills and a strong desire to succeed
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Recruitment
• Timeshare sales/marketing experience preferred
• Ideal candidates will have an understanding of the timeshare sales/marketing industry.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and procedures
• Organizational and planning skills. Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Some Travel Required
