Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding based on job requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Prepare materials and surfaces for welding and fabrication.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Grind, cut, and finish metal components as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with general fabrication and production duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of welding experience required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with welding equipment and fabrication tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and job specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical job duties.
