Inbound Credit Support - Onsite & Collect on Every Call

Insight Global is seeking entry-level Credit Service Inbound Associates to join its Credit Inbound team in New Braunfels, TX. This team handles frontline credit inquiries and serves as the gateway into the broader credit organization. Responsibilities include handling ~60 inbound calls daily, providing account information, and collecting payments when applicable.
