Veterinary Assistant - Internal Medicine

BluePearl Lakewood is seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Assistant or Advanced Patient Care Associate to join their busy and well-established Internal Medicine Department. Prior experience working in veterinary medicine is required for this role. VA Pay: $21.62 - $30.09 / hour This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through Kahuna leveling system We are seeking a Veterinary Assistant who is dependable, positive, and resilient, has good communication, and enjoys working in a team environment. About Us We are a 24-hour emergency and specialty facility, and our in-house specialties include Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Diagnostic Imaging, Rehabilitation, and Surgery services. Our location offers CT imaging, MRI, digital radiography, ultrasonography, fluoroscopy and endoscopy, an underwater treadmill/hydrotherapy, acupuncture, mechanical ventilator, cold laser therapy, and Extracorporeal Shockwave therapy. We have several VTS technicians (ECC) and (Anesthesia / Analgesia) who encourage learning and offer VTS training groups, a training and leveling program, and information to keep us all up to date on the latest and greatest in CPR.
