Some key responsibilities include:
- The industrial machine repair role will repair and maintain CNC & manual machinery and support equipment, including diagnosis of machine issues, complete disassembly, inspection and repair.
- Industrial machine repair will participate in complete machine rebuilds.
- Layout and machine replacement components as needed to complete equipment repairs.
- Check and correct machine alignments.
- Remove and install precision bearings.
- Coordinate projects as needed
Requirements
- Experience in the repair of CNC & manual machine tools preferred.
- Heavy industrial and mechanical equipment experience a plus.
- Technical education in Industrial Machine Repair, apprenticeship or similar education and experience preferred.
- Ability to undertake and complete projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
- Ability to climb, kneel, crawl and reach into different areas that need to be worked on.
