We are a growing sliding door and window repair company looking for motivated individuals to join our team. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade with strong earning potential.

Technicians are responsible for repairing and servicing sliding doors and other door systems in residential homes and commercial properties. No prior experience is required we provide full hands-on training.

What Youll Do:

• Repair and service sliding doors, windows, and related systems
• Diagnose issues and recommend solutions to customers
• Provide excellent customer service during in-home visits
• Manage daily service calls independently

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license (required)
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Basic sales ability (recommended solutions to customers)
• Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay
• Most entry-level technicians earn $1,500 $3,500 per week
• Higher earning potential based on performance and experience
