Operational and Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Build scalable tax processes and infrastructure as we grow.
  • Partner with accounting through month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close cycles.
  • Collaborate with Legal and HR on employment tax, equity compensation, and mobility matters.
  • Support M&A activity, due diligence, and post‑acquisition integration as needed.
  • Develop and mentor team members as the tax function expands.
  • Tax compliance is accurate, timely, and scalable.
  • Tax risk is identified early and managed proactively.
  • Leadership gets strategic guidance that supports efficient global growth.
  • Cross‑functional teams see tax as a trusted business partner.
  • The tax function moves from reactive to strategic.

You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA required; MST or JD/LLM in Tax is a plus.

  • Experience in a multinational SaaS or technology company.
  • Deep understanding of ASC 740 and corporate tax provision processes.
  • Experience managing external advisors and tax audits.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable operating strategically while staying hands‑on in execution.

It would be great if you have

  • Background in high‑growth startup or late‑stage private company environments.
  • Expertise in indirect tax, VAT, and sales tax compliance in international markets.
  • Experience supporting global expansion and entity structuring.
  • Knowledge of transfer pricing and OECD guidelines.
  • Experience with Campfire and tax automation tools.

Benefits

  • Annual professional development reimbursement for conference tickets, online courses, and other relevant resources to help you grow.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.
  • Hybrid work and generous leave options to prioritize your work‑life balance.
  • In‑office perks, including free meals and snacks.
