We're expanding rapidly across the U.S. and are looking for driven, self-motivated professionals to join our growing team. We are looking for talented and competitive Outside Sales Representatives in the Richmond, VA area. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts to achieve revenue growth objectives. This role is ideal for someone with a background in tires or automotive service who thrives in an outside sales environment, is comfortable with regional travel, and can confidently prospect, call on potential accounts, pre-qualify prospects, and close sales. Responsibilities Prospect, visit, and grow a base of independent tire dealers, repair shops, and automotive service centers Use a multi-pronged sales approach: cold calling, pre-arranged appointments, and on-the-fly visits Represent Weldon Tire professionally and build trust with accounts through consistency and responsiveness Proactively manage customer accounts and customer service needs Track and report on customer activity, market trends, and sales performance using company KPI tools Periodic travel to expand business, develop relationships, and finalize business matters Interested candidates must meet the following position requirements: Clean, valid driver's license, and comfortable with frequent travel Stable, verifiable work history At least 1 to 2 years of sales experience Experience or strong familiarity with the tire or automotive industry is highly preferred Exceptional relationship-building skills; with customers, suppliers, and employees Prior automotive background preferred, not required.
