Internal Medicine Physician

SSM Health is recruiting for a Primary Care Physician Associate Medical Director in Monroe, Wisconsin. Total Associate Medical Director time each week is 8 hours, completed in two 4 hour blocks during the week. The provider will have a set outpatient clinic practice of anywhere to .6-.8 FTE. The Associate Medical Director position will be .2 FTE.
